Baking soda is gentler than ordinary toothpaste and has been found to have the ability to raise your saliva’s pH, killing bacteria. A bit of caution in using this too much though as it could do harm on the teeth’s enamel when used in excess.
Aside from these household items, fruits can be consumed and will promote healing. Fruits, especially ones that are rich in vitamin C have been found be extremely potent against gum diseases. They have also been found to help you give a good boost in the healing process of the gums. So if you’re having dental problems, eat some apple, grapefruit or orange – they’ll surely help you in terms of getting rid of the problem.
Lastly, one should never fail to take good care of their teeth through good dental care practices: brush your teeth three times a day and floss every after meal. This ensures that food debris stays off your teeth and reduces the chances of developing infections.
